I found Diagram Designer which is small but powerful flowchart / UML drawing tool. It can also draw circuit diagrams. The download led me to the Fosshub site. I’d forgotten about some of these applications; many I’ve used in the past. Fosshub generally holds smallish but useful programs. Amazingly, most are still maintained and updated. Thank you guys!
